About Clara

The 18-year-old German violinist Clara Shen is quickly developing as an emerging concert artist of outstanding potential. Inspiring the audience with her natural musicality and virtuosity on big stages is her great passion. On invitations, she played at numerous music festivals, including Gstaad Menuhin Festival and Rheingau Music Festival.

She is prize winner of the prestigious “Menuhin Competition” 2018 in Geneva and the “Zhuhai International Mozart Competition for Young Musicians” 2017 in China.

In the course of “Violin Master Class & Concerts” of the Kronberg Acacdemy, Clara Shen was awarded the Manfred Grommek Sponsorship Prize. She played at the prizewinner concert on 22th June 2019 in Kronberg.
